Blennex Design
A packaging and label design studio whose site had become slow enough to undercut the work it was showing. We rebuilt it, and it now scores 100 on Google PageSpeed for both mobile and desktop.
§ 01/Challenge
Blennex is a Pakistani graphic design agency working internationally, specialising in packaging, label design and 3D mockups. We built their first site in July 2025 on React with a hosted CMS behind it. It worked, and it was slow. For a studio whose entire product is how things look, that is a particular kind of expensive: the portfolio is the argument, and the page was losing it before anyone reached the first image.
§ 02/Approach
Rebuild rather than patch. The delay was structural, coming from how the pages were assembled in the browser rather than from any one component, so tuning would have bought very little for a lot of effort. The second build renders the pages ahead of time instead. Design and layout problems that had accumulated in the first version were fixed on the way through rather than carried across.

§ 04/Results
The rebuilt site scores 100 on Google PageSpeed Insights for both mobile and desktop, measured 27 July 2026. We are not claiming a commercial result: the site is recent and we have not yet measured what it changed for enquiries. What can be verified today is that the thing that was wrong is no longer wrong.

A Jeddah moving and shipping company with no website, and therefore no way to advertise at all. We built the site, set up the tracking, and ran Google Ads on a budget of around AED 430.
